Welcome to Stoke-on-Trent Churches Community Night Shelter!
Stoke-on-Trent Churches Community Night Shelter is working to provide a safe night’s rest to street homeless individuals within Stoke-on-Trent. We began with an initial conversation about the seemingly increasing homelessness we were witnessing in our city, and went on to run a hugely successful pilot project from January 2016-March 2016. Without our committed steering group or our 80-strong volunteer team, none of this would have been possible. For information about the shelter and our ethos, please check out our ‘About’ page.
Earlier this year we completed our fifth opening for the 2019/2020 winter, from December to March, having built on the success of our pilot project and expanded our provision. We were able to operate from our new permanent base at 9 Chapel Lane, Burslem, for the second year running, which was fantastic. Please take a look at our ‘Latest News’ in order to keep up with any developments.
Please take a look around and find out more about us & don’t hesitate to get in touch. Details can be found on our ‘Contact Us’ page.
